CoHosts and Cleaners: Payout & Responsibilities

At Airnests, we believe in building strong partnerships with our CoHosts and Cleaners. Here's everything you need to know about your duties and how you’ll get paid.

CoHost Responsibilities

  • Guest Communication: Respond quickly to guest messages and booking inquiries.
  • Check-In and Check-Out: Manage arrivals, departures, and key instructions smoothly.
  • Property Management: Regular inspections, inventory checks, and small maintenance tasks.
  • Problem Solving: Handle guest issues during their stay professionally.
  • Reporting: Provide feedback and reviews after guest stays.

Cleaner Responsibilities

  • Property Cleaning: Perform thorough cleanings after each stay, following Airnests standards.
  • Restocking Essentials: Refill guest supplies as needed (toiletries, towels, etc.).
  • Damage Reporting: Immediately report any damages or unusual conditions to the Host/CoHost.
  • Laundry Services: Wash, dry, and replace linens if assigned.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure homes are guest-ready for every booking.

Payout Information

  • CoHosts: Earn a percentage of the booking fee, paid 24–48 hours after guest check-in.
  • Cleaners: Earn a fixed cleaning fee per job, paid within 24–48 hours after job approval.
  • Tips: 100% of any guest tips go directly to Cleaners.
  • Requirements: Complete your profile setup and connect a valid payment method to receive payouts.
